The Board of Adjustment for the City of Keene will be conducting a public hearing on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., at the Keene City Hall, located at 1000 N. Old Betsy Rd (FM 2280), Cleburne, Texas 76031, in the City Council Chamber. Anyone interested in this matter is encouraged to attend the meeting to voice their support and/or opposition to this matter.
The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss and take action on the following item:
A variance request from Belmont Development Company, LLC regarding the required three or more single-family attached dwelling units; provided that, no more than six dwelling units are attached per level or floor in one continuous row or group, rear setback, front setback and parking regulations for multi-family residential zone. The property’s legal description is LOT 1 BLK 1 CRESTVIEW SOUTH. This requirement can be found in Chapter 157 Zoning, Subsection 157.201 Permitted uses.
