Payments

Due Date & Collections

All bills are due and payable by the 7th of each month. If the seventh falls on a weekend or holiday, the bill is due on the next business day.

Bills not paid by the 7th of the month are subject to a 10% penalty and a notice of termination for nonpayment by the term notice date is mailed out.

Termination & Reconnection

Bills not paid by the termination date are subject to service interruption until the outstanding balance along the reconnection fee has been paid. Accounts not reconnected 10 days after service interruption may be closed and the deposit applied to the outstanding balance.

To reconnect after the account has been closed requires payment of the outstanding balance and a new security deposit.
