Billing Error

It has been brought to our attention that some customers received higher than usual sewer bills for the October billing cycle. This error seems to only affect those customers who have residential services that live inside Keene city limits.

We have corrected the bill for those that are on auto-draft. Those that have already paid their bill will receive a credit on their next bill. Those that have not paid can ask for a corrected amount and only pay that amount.
